1. How can I start Dropshipping?

It’s easy to profit by selling Voguetweet products…without even having to handle the goods and keep your own stock.
Simply enter your customer’s address in the bill,and we’ll ship the goods directly to them,with on mention of Voguetweet in the package.

2 . How do I purchase an item?

Before purchasing an item you'll need to register your billing information with this site with: user name, password, name. shipping address, phone #... All information is kept strictly confident and not given to any outside persons... Registeration is info needed to complete the purchase, payment and shipping process... Another option is contacting me through email with your information and we can assist you with your purchase

3. Is shipping free?

No, the shipping is not free.
Generally the shipping cost is calculated by the value of the orders:
(to USA and Europe)

Price < $28.00 Shipping cost: $12(fixed)
Price > $28.00 Shipping cost: Price x 0.36 + $2

For example:
If you buy an item which cost $12, and the shipping cost will be $12, so the total price will be $24;
If you buy 2 this item, the price will be $24, but the shipping cost will be $12 too, so the total price will be $36;
If you buy 3, the price will be $36, so the shipping cost is:
36x0.36+2=$14.96, and the total price will be $50.96

when you place an order, Voguetweet will calculate the shipping cost and the total price automatically. Besides these,You needn't to pay any other charges, But we are not responsible for the custom charges.

4.Are all Items on web available?

Most of the items are all available and can be shipped in 24 hours after payment. But due to the numerous orders we handled every day, some of them will be out of stock sometimes, we will answer your order and inform the earliest availability.

5.Can I order a pair/piece sample?

Yes,you are welcome to order a pair/piece as sample before placing order.We don't mind to start business from minimum order even 1 pair/piece.And we prefer to start a regular order at minimum 5 pairs/pcs.

6.My parcel was detained by Custom, what can I do ?

The Custom will contact you,also you can contact the Custom,and take the parcel back,generally,you may pay some custom tax,and we are not responsible for duties or custom charges.

7.How will the products be shipped? How long until I receive my products?

Your order will be processed within 48 hours upon receiving your payment. Shipping is done via either AIR MAIL, EMS, or TNT express.Delivery may take from 6-14 days.We will provide the tracking number(EMS,TNT,airmail with no tracking numbers) after ship the items out in your account,please login to check it.

9.Do you guarantee customs clearance?

No. However 99% of our customer receive their products successfully. We are more willing to ship the items in small packages to different address you offered to avoid such issue. But the case sized by customs is few.

10.Can I return the products for a refund?

Our staff will check the items before ship them out,so usually we do not accept returns. If you received a damaged item,please send us the detail pictures and we will investigate them,and we will respond to you accordingly.

11.I have a complaint. What can I do about it?

Please send us detailed pictures of the product you have received and are unsatisfied with. After we receive: A - detailed pictures of the product B - detailed email with your complaint We will investigate your complaint and respond to you accordingly.

12.If I need to order the items which aren't on the website,can you find them for me?

OK, that is no problem. Mail us the pictures you want, which are out of our Web.
